Cascade Zydeco 2008 Dance Camp Registration

There are three ways to register for Dance Camp this year. You can register and pay online with the form below, download a mail-in registration form, or pick up a flyer at a CZ event and mail in the registration included on the flyer.

If you decide to fill out the online form instead of the mail-in registration, you will be directed to a payment page after you submit your form. You will have a choice of paying online by Paypal or credit card, or by mailing in a check.
